Ingredients
Steps
Clean the pork belly, blanch in water for 3-5 minutes, and cut into cube-sized pieces for later use.
Clean the green beans and cut them into small pieces (or break into pieces); slice the ginger, set aside.
Heat the pan with a small amount of oil and fry the pork belly on both sides until golden brown over low heat. ⚠️ Note: Avoid over-frying, as it will make the meat less tender. About 5 minutes.
After frying the pork belly, add rock sugar and ginger slices, then add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce. Keep the heat low and simmer for 2 minutes to color the meat.
Next, add the green beans, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, and then pour in 350ml of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or use a pressure cooker for 20 minutes (pressure cooker recommended for saving time).
The green beans are fragrant and tender, the pork belly is soft and not greasy, and it's super appetizing 😃
