Braised pork with fermented bean curd
Steps
Prepare materials
Cut the braised meat into small pieces, wash it, blanch it and remove it for later use.
Pour a little oil into the pan, heat the oil and add rock sugar to fry
Pour the braised pork with stir-fried water, stir-fry sugar color Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine and soy sauce, stir fry evenly
Mix two pieces of fermented bean curd with a little fermented bean curd juice
Pour into the pot, then add the onion, ginger and fragrant leaves and stir fry quickly
Add hot water, it doesn't exceed the meat, and simmer on low heat for about 40 minutes. If you like it softer, you can simmer for a while longer. Remember to prevent the dry pot. If the water is not enough, you can add a little more. If you know the meat is soft, you can put the soup in the pot.
