Shaped like a blooming rose, this bread is infused with a rich coconut aroma and a subtle sweetness that awakens your dormant taste buds after a night's sleep. This bread truly adds a touch of elegance to the breakfast table and can brighten up your day. The flower-shaped design is the highlight of this bread. With just a few simple steps, you can create a beautiful rose-like bread. Even those who struggle with shaping should give it a try. I’m not used to taking photos while baking, so the step-by-step illustrations are hand-drawn by me. Please be kind~ This recipe is portioned for a round mold with a diameter of 18 cm.

Cooking Tips

1. When rolling the dough, try to roll it tightly for a more aesthetically pleasing result; making more layers will look better. 2. During the final baking process, adjust the time and temperature based on your oven’s specifics. My oven has five levels, and I need to place it on the lower-middle level to prevent the top from browning too quickly.
