Years ago, while working in Anhui, friends there loved making this dish. It's nutritious, fragrant but not greasy, and a super delicious dish that's easy to prepare!

Pork Belly1 piece
Dried Tofu3 sheets
Chopped Green Oniona little
Ginger Slices5 slices
Sichuan Peppercorn10 grains
Star Anise1 piece
