Prepare 3 eggs and 2 tomatoes.

Beat the eggs and add some salt.

Chop the tomatoes and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and pour in the egg mixture. Stir-fry until solidified and change color, then set aside. Eggs cook quickly, so avoid overcooking or they’ll be too dry.
