Beer1 can

Cooking WineTo taste
Rock SugarA little
Light Soy SauceTo taste

Cut the pork belly into chunks

Add water to a pot, then add pork belly, ginger slices, and cooking wine. Cover the pot and blanch over high heat.

Remove the blanched pork belly, rinse it clean, and drain excess water.

Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the pork belly until it turns slightly golden and releases oil.

Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, beer, and rock sugar. Cover the pot, bring it to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 45 minutes.
