Braised Pork Belly with Dried Tofu

Ingredients

Pork belly500g
Dried tofu8 pieces
Light soy sauce2 tablespoons
Dark soy sauce3 tablespoons
Rock sugar50g
Star anise2 pieces
Ginger3 slices
Cooking wine2 tablespoons

Wash the pork belly and blanch it in water. Drain and dry it. Add 5 drops of oil to the pot, spread the pork belly flat in the pot, and pan-fry on low heat.

Pan-fry until both sides are golden brown on low heat.
